Fulcrum’s long relationship of providing highly successful technical services to The Durst Organization resulted in Fulcrum being asked by Durst to again provide technical leadership on this exciting new project along the Hudson River.
Currently under design, this uniquely-shaped project consists of a mixture of retail space and 750 apartments, all with exterior terraces. Fulcrum is supporting the developer via focused design reviews, engineering design team coordination, building systems resiliency and will eventually provide comprehensive systems commissioning services to cap off this high-profile architectural gem.
