VINCENT T. GALATRO, LEED AP - Director, Engineering and Technical Services
Vincent has more than 5 years experience in commissioning, construction management, energy management, sustainability, and mechanical engineering while specializing in laboratories, commercial high-rises, schools, and hospitals.
Vincent has commissioned a wide range of buildings including Northwestern University's Pancoe Life Science Building. The 174,000 GSF building includes an animal care facility with a BSL3 suite. Further commissioning experiences include Middlebury College's New Library, George Washington University's School of Business Building, and the Museum of Modern Art in Manhattan.
LEED certified buildings such as Swarthmore College's New Science Building and Hamilton College's Psi Upsilon Dormitory are also part of Vincent's commissioning experience.
Vincent provides engineering expertise in a variety of contexts by drawing from his commissioning fieldwork, start-up, and operational experiences. He continues to demonstrate Fulcrum's 'boiler room to board room' breadth of capability with his analytic and reporting; whether it is in the form of a design review, utility master plan, commissioning program, or any of the other services that Fulcrum provides.
Vincent is a LEED Accredited professional who has presented regularly on commissioning, sustainable design, and energy concepts. Audiences have included the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, Association of General Contractors of Massachusetts, and the campus communities of Virginia Wesleyan College and Franklin and Marshall College.
Vincent is a LEED Accredited Professional and an Associate Member of the Sigma Xi research society. He received his B.S. degree in Engineering from Swarthmore College.
